All team members are responsible for paying competition fees. Gymstrada
determines competition fees for each level and requires payment of all fees in
three installments, due on September 15th, November 15th, and January 16th. For
the competition year 2011/2012, Gymstrada has estimated that competition
fees for meets will be as follows:

Girls Levels 4 and 5: $950
Girls Levels 6 and 7: $1,200
Girls Levels 8, 9 & 10: $1,100
All Stars: $550
Boys Level 4: $800
Boys Levels 5 -10: $1,000

$150 due August 15th for NY Meet for Levels 6-10 only.
This will be applied toward the 1st Assessment due September 15th.

: 40% of the total for your level (less $150 if already collected August 15th)
Thursday, September 1, 2011 – Fundraising Cut-off Date
Monday, September 5, 2011: Assessments Emailed
Thursday, September 15, 2011 – Payment Due Date

2nd ASSESSMENT: 40% of the total for your level
Tuesday, November 1, 2010 – Fundraising Cut-off Date
Friday, November 4, 2011 – Assessments Emailed
Tuesday, November 15, 2011 – Payment Due Date

3rd ASSESSMENT: Approximately 20% of the total for your level
(assessment will be made only if necessary)
Monday, January 2, 2012 – Fundraising Cut-off Date
Friday, January 6, 2012 – Assessments Emailed
Monday, January 16, 2012 – Payment Due Date

Gymstrada Parents Association can accept on line payments via Pay Pal.
Pay Pal payments directly from your bank account are free.
However, for payments using a credit card, paypal charges a 3% surcharge
that will need to be added to your payment.
